Even if they are am tempted to shelf a particular activity for a while and embark on the task later, David Eghbali notes that the “do it now” mindset must win over the “maybe later” frame of mind. Even if the task is tough, they should understand that the job is neither hard or easy, but something that must be done. If they have a series of breaks in their schedules, they will not think of how hard it is, but will find a way to have fun in the process. David Eghbali noted that mixing business with pleasure in the to-do list is the best weapon against procrastination.
